Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• Final sale, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or damaged-by-customer items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after inspection. Payment gateway timelines may apply after we initiate the refund.
